Delivery/Returns & Shopping

Shopping:
When shopping with myartisanmarkets.co.uk, we hope you have a great experience and enjoy purchasing an item that has been loving made or sourced locally for you.

It is very important to us that you are happy with your products and this is why we encourage you to collect items from the stall holder. Occasionally items can vary in colour, size and shape as they are not made in bulk. If you purchase online and collect at a market you will be able to choose your item(s) and enhance your experience as you get to meet the maker.  

Delivery:
Currently we do not deliver items as we require customers to return to our markets. We may look to offer delivery in the future.

Collection:
Items are currently sold for collection only, although we will be reviewing this policy.

To collect your purchased item we specify you arrive between 11am - 3pm. You will be informed which trader to collect your item(s) from. In the ‘Order Notes’ you will have specified where you intend to collect the item. We will be in touch to confirm all order details.

If you have a problem with collection on this day following an order please contact us via email at hello@myartisanmarkets.co.uk to amend your point of collection.
If you have difficulty on the day and cannot collect an alternative date will be arranged or a refund will be given.

In the case of inclement weather/ill trader/unforeseen circumstances and we cannot fulfill your order, you will be refunded immediately and contacted. Alternatively a preferable arrangement could be made with the customer.

Returns:
If you are unhappy with the product, as long as it is in a saleable condition it can be refunded in compliance with our terms and conditions. Please refer to the individual stallholders refund policy for their terms and conditions.

If you intend to return an item please inform us within 14 days of collection. The item will have to be returned via post paid for by the customer, unless the item is deemed faulty. Please contact us prior to a return and we can discuss arrangements for delivery.

We reserve the right to withhold a refund not if we are not informed about the intended return within the 14 days.
